over the last six months, and i encourage you to check there.
→ 3.05.08 :: the wharton executive education department partners with the nfl to help prepare their players for life after football.  this spring, i was lucky enough
to be a part of this fantastic program as a teaching assistant, working with a very sharp group of players analyzing real estate investment cases.
(nfl films and www.packers.com covered the program)
→ 3.02.08 :: "in 1900, the ex-students association adopted a resolution which states: whenever two texas exes shall meet on march 2nd, they all shall sit and
break bread and pay tribute to the institution that made their education possible.”  happy texas independence day!

→ 11.10.07 :: yesterday i had a chance to visit the battlefields of gettysburg with leadership professor mike useem and two members of the wharton leadership
advisory board.  it was an incredible experience and one of the many times i'm thankful for the multitude of outside the classroom learning
opportunities wharton provides.   a quick snapshot of our day: "the evolving strategies, command structures, and battlefield decisions of the
gettysburg struggle contain enduring messages for thinking about our own leadership, teamwork, and decision making, whatever the moment.  in
visiting the battlefield, we will seek to understand how the federal and confederate commanders, both high and low, faced their moments of
decision. we will compare leadership styles, systems of authority, and reactions to the ever changing battlefield conditions."
→ 11.04.07 :: slow down al gore...my brother (a big jeep fan like myself) just sent me an article form car and driver that shows by taking all environment costs

→ 08.23.07 :: during our cross-country drive, carolyn and i had the chance to visit one of the most storied locations in all of college football...south bend,
indiana.  notre dame's campus was beautiful...and brought back memories of one of the best games i've ever seen in person (despite the
4th quarter ut loss).  as the pictures show, i'm still a bit bitter from 1996...
